Duna Polska operates a network of modern asphalt mixing plants. Maintaining the high quality of the produced mixtures is crucial for us – it directly impacts the durability and user comfort of the roads we construct. We achieve this quality through the careful selection of aggregates and additives during the recipe preparation stage, as well as by applying production procedures that ensure the maintenance of a high technological regime.

Their high efficiency, ranging from 160 to 240 t/h, allows us to handle key road contracts executed by the company.

High Quality
Our central laboratory, along with laboratories located at our asphalt mixing plants, conducts continuous tests that allow us to prepare high-quality mixes with the specified technical parameters.
EU standards
The mixes meet the requirements of European standards for construction products. Thanks to the implemented Factory Production Control systems, in compliance with the PN-EN 13108-21 standard, which authorize us to mark products with the CE symbol, we guarantee high product quality.
Environmental requirements
Our plants meet all environmental requirements, and by using appropriate filters, we significantly reduce gas and dust emissions into the air. The fabric filters we use have a dust removal efficiency of 99%, which leads to a significant reduction in pollutants released and minimizes the impact of the installation.
