The new dormitory building was constructed in the Warsaw district of Służew, at 4 Sulima Street. The building consists of 8 floors: seven above ground and one underground, which is designated for parking spaces and technical rooms. In addition to the residential areas, each floor includes attractive shared spaces such as fully equipped kitchens, a common room, quiet study rooms, a laundry room, and an exercise room. The building also features a sports field, a bicycle room, and park paths.
As part of the contract, MECE was also responsible for finishing and equipping the rooms, as well as for landscaping the area and installing elements of small architecture.
The building and its immediate surroundings are fully accessible for people with mobility, hearing, and visual disabilities. Each floor includes at least one room with a kitchenette adapted for wheelchair users.
