Construction of the second phase of the Żurawie investment

The Żurawie investment is located in the Gdańsk district of Młode Miasto, near Nowomiejska, Popiełuszki, and Jaracza streets, close to the European Solidarity Centre, the Old Town, and the historic gate of the Gdańsk Shipyard.

As part of the second phase, an 8-story building with 162 commercial units will be constructed. The total area of the building is over 9,150 m². The design of the investment is inspired by the historical heritage of the Gdańsk Shipyard. The concept, created by leading Finnish architect Rainer Mahlamäki, gives the project an industrial character, which is reflected in the building’s massing and the selection of building materials, referencing shipyard halls, ships, the sea, and dunes.
