4o
The scope of the project extended beyond the construction of the building itself. It also included full interior outfitting, landscaping, as well as the development of access roads and parking areas. With all major works now nearing completion, the successful realization of this complex undertaking is drawing to a close.
The architectural concept was developed by the Wrocław branch of the German firm Heinle, Wischer und Partner Architekci. The courthouse is designed in the shape of a rectangle, featuring an open, roofless central courtyard. It consists of a single underground level and either three or four above-ground floors, depending on the section. The main entrance, together with a representative forecourt, faces Kombajnistów Street. The building’s total area is approximately 8,796 m², with a net usable space of around 6,884 m². The site also includes 169 parking spaces, 17 of which are reserved for persons with disabilities.
