KREO office building receives occupancy permit

The KREO office building located at Wadowicka Street in Kraków has officially received its occupancy permit. This 9-story building, with a total usable area exceeding 24,000 m² and a total area surpassing 39,000 m², was developed by Ghelamco Poland, and the design was created by the Kraków-based architectural firm Q-Arch.

KREO consists of 9 above-ground floors and 2 underground levels, the latter housing a parking facility for over 300 cars, along with 24 additional outdoor parking spaces.

Situated in the southern part of Kraków, in a dynamically growing area, the building benefits from quick access to the city center, Kazimierz, and Stare Podgórze. The location is highly attractive for businesses due to its proximity to public transport stops, a shopping center, numerous retail and service outlets, and easy access by car from other parts of the city.

The quality of the building will be confirmed by multiple certifications, including BREEAM, WELL, SmartScore, and WiredScore. Additionally, the building’s full accessibility for people with disabilities will be certified by the “Barrier-Free Object” certificate.
