New District Court Headquarters in Sosnowiec Completed Ahead of Schedule

The new building houses nine courtrooms, including one with an area enclosed by a bullet-resistant partition, an interview room, a conference room, three company archives, an evidence storage facility, a current-case file storage room, and four detention rooms. The facility is equipped with modern safety, ventilation, and energy management systems, and its structure has been designed with durability and operational efficiency in mind. The building is complemented by numerous office, utility, and technical spaces, creating a functional working environment for the court.

The facility has been built on a rectangular plan with an internal, open-air patio. Depending on the section, it features three or four above-ground floors and one underground level. The main entrance, along with a representative forecourt, is located on Kombajnistów Street.

Construction lasted 29 months. Throughout this period, exemplary health and safety standards were maintained – no accidents were recorded on site, and the project was recognized by the National Labour Inspectorate.
