Permit for use granted for phase III of the Latarników Estate

The Latarników Estate is situated in the coastal zone of Gdańsk, just 900 meters from the sea and close to Brzeźno Park. This area is one of the most dynamically developing parts of the city, offering excellent communication with the city center while providing quick access to major roadways. As part of the development, 158 apartments were built, ranging from 40 to 96 m². Each apartment comes with a balcony or terrace. The underground garage accommodates 154 parking spaces for cars and bike storage rooms. Additionally, above-ground parking spaces were also created.
