The task assigned to the General Contractor involves the construction of the Apartments at Warzelni, Building E. The design, created by the renowned JEMS Architekci studio, harmoniously integrates into the historic space. Its unique architecture perfectly blends with the surroundings

As the Investor emphasizes: “This is a unique building – one of the most spectacular urban regeneration projects in Warsaw”.

  • The building will consist of 9 above-ground floors and 2 underground levels for parking. It will feature 76 apartments, including 4 penthouses located on the top two floors. On the ground floor, 5 commercial spaces with representative entrance lobbies from Krochmalna Street and green areas will be provided.
  • Considering the needs of discerning clients, numerous amenities have been planned to ensure the comfort of residents, including an integrated system for remote control of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and control of facade shading systems.
  • The building’s interior will be finished using premium materials. Ceilings will be made of copper-colored painted mesh, with an elegant reception area and a comfortable relaxation zone. All of this will make residents feel truly special in this space.
  • The comfort of living will be further enhanced by lifts opening directly into the apartments on the top floor.
  • The Investor decided to use aluminum joinery not only in the ground floor storefronts (service entrances) but also on higher floors in the apartments. Designers have paid attention to the smallest details, such as the use of custom copper fittings and handrails on the ground floor storefronts, which complement and harmonize with the overall design.
  • Internal railings will consist of fiber-cement panels painted white and enclosed in frames made of copper flat bars.

This prestigious and special project, rightly called “The Icon of the Warsaw Breweries,” presents not only challenges to the General Contractor but also the necessity to embrace non-standard solutions.
