Car Parks in Łódź
The investment will be implemented under a public-private partnership model for 29 years. After this period, the parking facilities will be transferred to the ownership of the city.
A total of 891 parking spaces will be created in four locations in the city center:
- at Kościuszki Avenue 42 – 292 spaces
- at Wschodnia Street 62/64 – 263 spaces
- at Wschodnia Street 67 – 218 spaces
- at Tuwima Street 12 – 118 spaces
