The total area of the building is approximately 8,796 m², with the net closed area being about 6,884 m².
The new District Court building in Sosnowiec is designed in a rectangular layout with an internal open patio. The building will have one underground floor and, depending on the section, 3 or 4 floors above ground. The main entrance and the representative entrance square will be located on Kombajnistów Street. The design of the building was carried out by the Wrocław branch of the Heinle, Wischer und Partner Architects office.
