The project involved the expansion of National Road No. 45 along the Krapkowice – Rogów Opolski section, including the reconstruction of intersections and segments of cross roads. The contract value amounted to PLN 72.9 million.
The length of the upgraded section of the national road was approximately 6.6 km.
The road was expanded to a 2+1 cross-section. We reconstructed and strengthened the carriageway structure to carry loads of up to 11.5 t/axle. The project also included the reconstruction of a viaduct over the PKP railway line and the expansion of two intersections.
The contract also covered the construction of sidewalks and technological ducts, as well as the implementation of road safety elements, including vertical and horizontal signage along with the necessary road safety devices.
