The investment involves the expansion of the 220 kV switchgear at the 220/110 kV Groszowice substation, located at Oświęcimska Street in Opole-Groszowice.

The works will include, among others:

Dismantling the existing switchgear equipment
Expansion of the substation automation systems and telecommunication systems
Replacement of all control cables within the 220kV switchgear area and in the 110kV AT1 and AT2 fields
Connection and commissioning of new switchgear equipment
Modernization and construction of new roads, reconstruction of lighting, fencing of the substation, and implementation of perimeter security for the facility, as well as landscaping
