Ilumino

The project includes the construction of two buildings, with the first one divided into three architectural sections of 5, 9, and 13 floors, offering residents a unique view of the city. This building will house 240 apartments, ranging in size from 32 to 122 m². A key feature of the project is the leisure zones, designed for the comfort of residents seeking relaxation after a long day. A secluded, green patio and a shared rooftop terrace on one of the buildings will be available to all residents. Additionally, most apartments come with their own balcony, terrace, or loggia, allowing residents to enjoy the unique atmosphere of Łódź at any time. Thanks to the use of glass balustrades, residents will have an unobstructed panoramic view of the city.

The construction of the development will greatly enhance Kilińskiego Street, both aesthetically and functionally, bringing order to this part of the city. The plot also features an Art Nouveau building from the early 20th century, originally housing the Craftsmen’s Club. This historic building is under heritage protection and will be carefully integrated into the new development.
