Kreo is a modern office building located in one of the fastest-growing parts of the city, in the southern area of Kraków.

The building was developed using a multi-criteria certification system, BREEAM.

Kreo is a modern office building located in one of the fastest-growing parts of the city, in the southern part of Kraków. The investor is Ghelamco Poland, and the project was created by the Q-Arch design studio. The building consists of 11 floors: nine above ground and two underground, with parking for 301 cars. Additionally, there will be 24 external parking spaces. The office space covers 24,100 m², with a total building area of 39,619 m².

The building is located in a business-friendly area, near office buildings such as Imperial Business Center, Buma Square Business, and Tischnera Office. The Bonarka shopping center, a 24-hour underground parking garage, and numerous commercial and service points are within close proximity.
