We will construct a new headquarters for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship Archives. The building will cover a total area of nearly 13,000 m², including finishing works, partial furnishings, and land development. The contract value exceeds 110 million PLN gross.

As part of the signed agreement, we will build a three-story building, designed in a polygonal shape. We will also handle the finishing work, partial furnishing, and land development, along with technical infrastructure.

The building will feature a partially covered atrium. The new headquarters of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship Archives will be equipped with renewable energy sources (RES) and will be adapted for people with disabilities, including those with limited mobility.

The new headquarters will be located on Elektroniczna Street in Piaseczno. The project aims to create a secure and modern facility for the needs of the office archive, where not only the documents of the Marshal’s Office but also those of other regional government units, such as hospitals and cultural institutions, will be stored. The building will also house the Delegation of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship Marshal’s Office.
