Niepołomicka Vita Housing Estate is located in the Ujeścisko-Łostowice district of Gdańsk. As part of the investment, two five-story buildings will be constructed, offering 117 apartments with areas ranging from 35 to 79 m², featuring two to four rooms.
Ground-floor apartments will be equipped with enclosed garden areas. Over 40% of the estate’s area will be dedicated to green spaces. Rain gardens, a playground for children, and an outdoor gym for adults have also been planned. Niepołomicka Vita is being developed next to the Maćkowy Stream, meadows, and walking trails. The architectural design of the estate was created by ART Architekci studio.
