The project involves a complete overhaul of the 220/110 kV Pabianice power substation, located on Rypułtowicka Street in Pabianice, Łódź Voivodeship (see map or GPS coordinates 51°40’40.7″N 19°22’04.0″E).

The modernization of the 220/110 kV Pabianice power station has enhanced the country’s energy security and the reliability of electricity supply for residents and businesses in the region. The investment reduced the risk of failures and also included the revitalization of the surrounding area, improving the aesthetics and safety of the local neighborhood.

The reconstruction of the 220/110 kV Pabianice substation is a significant regional investment that enhances the reliability of the power infrastructure and minimizes the risks associated with critical system failures.

The scope of work included:

Dismantling the existing substation equipment
Building a Station Control and Monitoring System
Connecting and commissioning new substation equipment
Upgrading and constructing new access roads, reconstructing station lighting, fencing, implementing perimeter security, and landscaping the area
Constructing a technology building, including a water connection and a sealed wastewater tank
