Nowy Targ Parking is the first parking facility in Poland built under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP). The agreement was signed between a consortium represented by IMMO PARK (part of the Mota-Engil Group) and the City of Wrocław. The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is financially involved in the project.
The three-level underground parking facility offers 333 parking spaces, including 5 designated spots for electric vehicles. Its innovative solutions, high quality, and excellent location make Nowy Targ Parking stand out not only in Wrocław but throughout Poland.
