This project involves the construction of a rental apartment building located on Kołobrzeska Street in Gdańsk.

Resi4Rent is the first institutional rental platform in Poland, offering services in Warsaw, Wrocław, Łódź, and soon in Gdańsk as well.

The development consists of a single-story underground garage and eight above-ground floors, which will contain 302 rental apartments. The ground floor of the building will house two commercial units and a rental office.

The building will be located right next to another project currently being developed by Duna Polska – a Student Dormitory for the Student Depot platform. The contract includes the construction of the building, the comprehensive finishing of common areas, and landscaping.
