Residence Plac Kaszubski is being developed in an excellent location – on the western side of Plac Kaszubski, at the corner of the intersection with Jana z Kolna Street in the historic center of Gdynia.

This project is an impressive completion of the “old Gdynia” from the north, while being situated in an area with well-developed urban infrastructure.

The building, realized by Duna Polska, will stand out with its elegant, harmonious form, referencing Gdynia’s traditions. This will be expressed through the light-colored façade, rounded building corner, staircases with arches, and common areas finished with noble materials.

Residence Plac Kaszubski will feature 38 apartments with varying sizes from 39 m² to 162 m². All apartments will have balconies, and the top-floor apartments will have spacious terraces. The apartments will have a height of up to 3 meters, and large windows will ensure light and spaciousness. On the ground floor, five commercial units will be built, while the underground floor will house parking spaces and storage units. The investment plan also includes parking spaces for bicycles. At the back of the Residence, a green patio will be created for residents, with a dedicated playground for children.
