The building will feature cascading floors of 8, 10, and 12 above-ground levels, along with one underground level. The total area will be 27,200 m², including a usable area of 12,880 m² for residential units.
The new building will be located in the Młode Miasto district of Gdańsk, at the intersections of Nowomiejska, Popiełuszki, and Jaracza streets. It will be situated near the European Solidarity Centre and the Old Town, close to the historic gate of the Gdańsk Shipyard. The design concept was created by Professor Rainer Mahlamäki, a world-renowned architect from Finland. The project has an industrial character, with a layout and material selection that references shipyard halls, ships, the sea, and dunes. This approach ensures the building blends naturally into its surroundings. In the future, the Żurawie development will expand to include a co-living building with 156 units and an office building offering 23,000 m² of rental space.
Kreo is a modern office building located in one of the fastest-growing areas of the city, in the southern part of Krakow.
