The consortium of companies PORR S.A. and Duna Polska S.A. is carrying out the contract for the construction of the S1 expressway section from Kosztowy to Bielsko-Biała, Section II, Oświęcim Junction (with junction) – Dankowice, in the “design and build” system.

The contractor is responsible for: developing the design documentation, obtaining all necessary conditions, agreements, opinions, permits, and administrative decisions required to carry out the investment, as well as the construction of the road. The project is scheduled to be completed in 33 months, excluding winter periods during construction.
