The investment involves the design and construction of one of the three sections of the 33-kilometer fragment of the S19 expressway. The section is approximately 7 km long and serves as the bypass for Janów Lubelski.
As part of the project, the following will be constructed:
- Janów Lubelski North Interchange
- Janów Lubelski South Interchange
- Janów Lubelski Service Area (on both sides of the road)
- 3 viaducts along the expressway
- 1 viaduct over the expressway
- 1 bridge
- 5 animal crossings
- 3 amphibian culverts
- 5 culverts
