Comprehensive work was carried out as part of the project, including the construction of a new expressway and the modernization of existing road infrastructure. The work included both the construction and reconstruction of engineering structures, as well as industry-specific work related to technical infrastructure.

- The scope of work includes, among others:
  - preparatory work,
  - road construction (16 km), 4 road interchanges, reconstruction of parts of existing public roads, construction of access roads and service roads,
  - Construction of engineering structures,
  - reconstruction of the technical infrastructure (electrical, gas, telecommunications),
  - development and implementation of traffic management during construction on the expressway and sections of reconstructed roads,
  - construction of environmental protection devices (wildlife crossings, acoustic barriers, anti-glare screens, greenery),
  - Preparation of as-built documentation and obtaining the occupancy permit decision.
