The SHED Living student dormitory in Kraków has received a BREEAM In-use certificate at the EXCELLENT level!

The green space surrounding the building is distinguished by numerous plantings of trees, shrubs, perennials, ornamental grasses, and climbing plants.

The building is located a short distance from the Old Town, close to green areas: Błonia, one of the largest urban meadows in Europe, covering 48 hectares, and Henryk Jordan Park, which includes areas for sports and recreation. The green space surrounding the hotel building is enriched with numerous plantings of trees, shrubs, perennials, ornamental grasses, and climbing plants.

The building consists of 8 floors: seven above-ground and one underground. The above-ground floors contain 566 single and double rooms, some of which are adapted for people with disabilities. On the ground floor, there is a public kitchen with a dining room, meeting rooms, and a relaxation and work zone. The top floor features a communal space with a distinctive triangular-shaped observation terrace. The investment also includes 187 parking spaces: 62 located outside the building and 125 in the underground floor, which also houses two bicycle rooms, a gym, and a music room.
