Praga Design
The new student dormitory at the University of Warsaw, called “Sulimy,” located on Służewiec in Warsaw, features nearly 140 rooms, attractive common areas, quiet study rooms, fully equipped kitchens, a common room, laundry facilities, and an exercise room.
The building is located near Sulimy and Smyczkowa streets on Służewiec. It consists of 8 floors: seven above ground and one underground, dedicated to parking spaces and technical rooms. The total area of the building is 13,000 m², with a usable area of 5,850 m². The dormitory is designed with 137 rooms intended for students and academic staff. In addition to residential areas, each floor includes common spaces such as kitchens, common rooms, and quiet study rooms. Duna Polska was also responsible for finishing and furnishing the rooms, as well as the landscaping and small architectural elements surrounding the building.
