The underground parking lot under Powstańców Warszawy Square provides 420 parking spaces on four underground levels.
The facility was developed under a concession agreement, which is a form of public-private partnership.
Design and construction took 48 months.
The facility has been equipped with electric car chargers and a public restroom. Bicycle racks have also been installed on the square’s surface.
