The investment involves the expansion of national road No. 45 along the section Krapkowice – Rogów Opolski, including the expansion of intersections and segments of cross roads. The contract value is 72.9 million PLN.
The road will be expanded to a 2+1 cross-section. The road structure will be reconstructed and reinforced to withstand a load of up to 11.5 tons per axle. The project also includes the reconstruction of a viaduct over the PKP railway line and the expansion of two intersections.
The contract includes the construction of sidewalks, utility ducts, and elements for road safety, including vertical and horizontal signage along with necessary road safety equipment.
The length of the section being expanded is approximately 6.6 km.
The completion of the project is planned for 2025.
