Directly next to the hotel, the residential part of the project will be built, with a total area of 5,350 m² (on the side of Środkowa Street and the Fish Market).
The three-star hotel is being developed in Podzamcze, at Panieńska Street, on the site of the former Arkona Hotel (demolished in 2008). The investor is the Orbis Hotel Group, the largest hotel chain in Poland and Eastern Europe, with over 130 hotels operating under the AccorHotels group brands.
The task assigned to the General Contractor is exceptional. The project will primarily consist of a modern 6-story hotel with a total area of 8,250 m², including a garage.
