SHED Living Kraków officially opened

Located on Aleja 3 Maja in Kraków, the building features 8 stories, with 7 above-ground and 1 underground floor. The above-ground levels house over 560 single and double rooms, some of which are adapted to meet the needs of people with disabilities.

The scope of the contract included the turnkey finishing and furnishing of the entire facility.

On the ground floor, there are communal spaces such as a shared kitchen and dining area, meeting rooms, and relaxation and work zones. Additionally, the building offers an indoor gym, a yoga room, and even a cinema hall for students. The investment also includes 187 parking spaces, with 62 outdoor spots and 125 in the underground level, which also houses two bicycle rooms and a laundry room.

The residence is located just a short distance from the Old Town, close to green areas like Błonia, one of the largest urban meadows in Europe, covering 48 hectares, and Henryk Jordan Park, a popular spot for sports and recreation. The building is also distinguished by its striking white façade, accented with grey textured plaster elements, and a projecting terrace at the front.
