#Cubature construction
We signed a contract for the construction of a Hotel in Krakow

The building will consist of 8 floors: seven above-ground and one underground. The above-ground floors will feature 566 single and double rooms, some of which will be adapted for people with disabilities. The ground floor will include a publicly accessible kitchen with a dining area, meeting rooms, and a relaxation and work zone. The top floor will house a café with a distinctive triangular rooftop terrace. The investment also includes 187 parking spaces: 62 external and 125 underground. The underground floor will also feature two bicycle rooms, a gym, and a music room. The contract covers comprehensive turnkey finishing and equipping of the building.
The hotel will be located near Kraków’s Old Town, close to green spaces such as Błonia, one of the largest urban meadows in Europe (48 hectares), and Henryk Jordan Park, which offers spaces for sports and recreation. The surrounding green space will be enhanced with numerous trees, shrubs, perennial plants, ornamental grasses, and climbing plants. Additionally, the building’s white façade, complemented by gray stucco details, will stand out as a characteristic feature of the project.
