We started the realization of the “Rezydencja Ogród Saski” investment

As part of this development project, we will build two buildings with 9 and 10 above-ground floors, covering a total area of over 30,000 square meters. Additionally, a two-level underground parking garage with over 230 parking spaces will be available to residents.

The location of this new investment, in close proximity to Lublin’s city center, guarantees future residents easy access to a wide range of shopping, service, dining, and entertainment options. Just a few minutes from the investment is the Lublin Plaza Shopping and Entertainment Center. Nearby, the Saxon Garden (Ogród Saski), the oldest and most famous park in Lublin, lends its name to the project. Additionally, the Litewski Square, which connects to Lublin’s Old Town via a pedestrian promenade, is nearby. Furthermore, the largest universities in the region are located close to the investment, including the Medical University, the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin, and the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University campus.

The project was designed by the renowned architectural studio MTA Architekci.
