We will build the District Court building in Sosnowiec

We have signed a contract for the construction of a new headquarters for the District Court in Sosnowiec, along with the development of the surrounding area and technical infrastructure. The project investor is the Court of Appeal in Katowice, and the value of the contract is nearly PLN 100 million gross.

The new District Court building in Sosnowiec is designed in a rectangular shape with an internal open patio. The building will have one underground floor and, depending on the section, 3 or 4 above-ground floors. The main entrance and the representative entrance square will be located on Kombajnistów Street. The design of the building is by the Wrocław office of Heinle, Wischer und Partner Architekci.

The total area of the building is approximately 8,796 m², with a net closed area of about 6,884 m².
