We will build the headquarters of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship Archive

We have signed a contract to build the new headquarters of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship Archive. We will construct a building with a total area of nearly 13,000 m², including finishing, partial furnishing, and site development. The value of the contract exceeds 110 million PLN gross.

The new headquarters of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship Archive will be located on Elektroniczna Street in Piaseczno. Access roads, along with technical infrastructure, were rebuilt in 2023 with funding from the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, in cooperation with the Piaseczno City and Municipality Office. The aim of the investment is to create a safe and modern facility for the archives, which will house not only documents from the Marshal’s Office but also those from other institutions under the voivodeship’s authority, such as hospitals and cultural institutions. The building will also house a branch of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship Marshal’s Office.

Under the signed contract, we will construct a 3-story building designed in a polygonal layout. We will also be responsible for its finishing, partial furnishing, and site development, including technical infrastructure. The building will feature a partially roofed atrium. The new headquarters of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship Archive will be equipped with renewable energy sources (RES) and adapted for people with disabilities, including those with limited mobility.
