The location of the Żeromskiego 7 investment is captivating, blending ubiquitous street art with modernist architecture. The investment will be located near the second port basin—within a 1.5 km radius of the city’s main landmarks: Kościuszki Square, the Gdynia Aquarium, Marina Gdynia yacht harbor, the Dar Pomorza ship, and the ORP Błyskawica warship, as well as the city beach and Gdynia Główna railway station.
