Niepołomicka Vita Estate located in the Ujeścisko-Łostowice district of Gdańsk, the “Niepołomicka Vita” development will consist of two five-story buildings, offering 117 apartments ranging from 35 to 79 square meters, with two to four rooms. Ground-floor apartments will feature private fenced gardens. Over 40% of the estate’s area will be dedicated to green spaces. The development will also include rain gardens, a children’s playground, and an outdoor gym for adults. The estate is situated near Potok Maćkowy, meadows, and walking paths. The architectural design is by ART Architekci.
