We will expand the Nicolaus Copernicus Hospital in Gdańsk

We have signed a contract with Copernicus Podmiot Leczniczy Sp. z o.o. for the construction works as part of the project entitled “Improving Access to Specialist Outpatient Care and Rehabilitation at the Nicolaus Copernicus Hospital in Gdańsk.” The contract is worth nearly PLN 90 million.

The project will involve the construction of a modern, standalone building at Powstańców Warszawskich Street, designed to accommodate specialist outpatient clinics and the Rehabilitation Department. The facility will provide nearly 7,000 m² of usable floor area. The scope of the project also includes the development of the surrounding site.

Once completed, the new outpatient facility will house 100 consultation and treatment rooms, including 30 procedure rooms. Twenty existing specialist clinics will be relocated to the new building, while seven additional clinics will be established. The project also includes the construction of a two-level car park.
